Traceability, vision systems and 4.0 solutions highlighted at FCE Pharma and Pack Expo

In June, Sea Vision Group will be present at two important trade fairs in Latin America: FCE Pharma (June 7-9, São Paulo Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, São Paulo) and Pack Expo (June 14-17, Expo Santa Fe Mexico, Mexico City). The Italian software company will present the latest product development on traceability software, vision systems and yudoo 4.0 software.

At stands G045 (FCE Pharma) and 2826 (Pack Expo), Sea Vision Group will present the novelties on the entire range of vision systems applications designed for the inspection of products and their packaging, from the control of codes and characters, to the presence, shape, colors and many others. This is the historical core business of Sea Vision Group, where the company has more than 25 years of experience.

The stands will present a specific area dedicated to the yudoo 4.0 solution, a scalable and modular platform, which includes tools for automation (centralized production management, workflows and timesheet), for digital quality (creation of paperless systems, support systems for batch release operations), for data analysis (production data analysis, business intelligence dashboard, condition monitoring and predictive maintenance) and for Traceability (complete solutions for level 3 and 4 serialization, monitoring of serialization operations).
The advantages offered by this platform are many and include the possibility of centralizing formats and production data and reducing work time. The platform can connect to existing company systems, such as ERP or MES, to retrieve updated data exactly from where they are located.

Traceability systems

Vision Brasil and Vision Mexico, Latin American subsidiaries of Sea Vision Group, will present at FCE Pharma and ExpoPack the Lixis PEM technology for the serialization of cases with compact module for Track and Trace applications and Lixis PVS-M for aggregation of cases with module for total traceability control of the line.

Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about all the serialization and aggregation systems developed by SEA Vision Group. The solutions manage all the levels defined by the ANSI/ISA 95 standard: from level 0-1 (devices and systems installed on the machines of the production line) to corporate level 4, passing through the notification at level 5 of the National Regulatory Authorities.

Vision System Technologies

At FCE Pharma, Sea Vision Brasil will present the following vision system technologies:

• Lixis SVC/HVS: Vision inspection for blister products and barcode inspection on Alu Foil blister;
• Lixis PVS: OCR/OCV, integral control of the packaging and codes (integrity of the packaging, label position, cover control, liquid level control, custom controls);
• Lixis MH: Control of microcracks in Alu-Alu blisters;
• Harlequin: Vision systems for blister products;
• Variable data inspection/Serialization on the Neri BLA 309 labeling machine with OCV from Marchesini Group.

At Pack Expo, together with Lixis PVS and Harlequin technologies, Sea Vision Mexico will present Lixis SVC, vision inspection for blister and Alu Foil blister products.
