Sidel’s 1000th EvoBLOW will be the fastest in Africa

La nueva línea de agua de StrongPack combinará una máquina EvoBLOW estándar con equipo de llenado y tapado, incorporando estas fases de la producción en una solución compacta Combi SF100. Esta solución integrada incluye una sala de tratamiento de agua de avanzada y un sistema automático de limpieza interna (CIP, por sus siglas en inglés), para asegurar los más elevados niveles de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.

La elección de una configuración Combi por parte de StrongPack ofrece ahorros en términos de materiales, con oportunidades de aligeramiento de las botellas a través de la manipulación por el cuello y la eliminación de los transportadores intermedios. El consumo de energía se mantiene al mínimo nivel a través de las lámparas cerámicas infrarrojas Ecoven. La base de molde StarLITE de Sidel, combinada con el sistema de ventilación optimizada de los moldes SuperVent, minimizará la presión del soplado y el consiguiente consumo energético, lo que permite un aligeramiento aún mayor al tiempo que asegura la calidad y la solidez de un nuevo y complejo diseño de botella.

A new design of resistant and unmistakable bottle

Sidel designed a new and iconic bottle shape inspired by the multicultural lifestyle of Nigeria. It combines an original format with an angular structural design in order to optimize the consumer experience and the resistance of the container, in addition to improving the functionality and firmness of the bottle. The nitrogen dosage introduced into the free space of the bottle at the time of filling prevents vacuum or expansion and offers a lightweight and high-performance bottle, ideal for a local distribution chain that requires packaging with a high adaptability. The new line will produce 600ml bottles of as little as 11.5 g in packs of 12. Sidel executed complete feasibility and performance tests for the blowing and stretching process.
